FUCK MAKE YOUR MINDS UP. First Adv kawa is illigal thens its legal NOW ITS ILLIGAL. HOW am i a lvl 15 ? suppose to escape lvl 40 + rate training ass hats who dont get caught ? we all know they got lvl 20-40 from rate training killing buddys <---- but yet me a lvl 14 who didnt even know it was illigal gets punished? not only that i cant use ADv kawa to fukcing kawa from this ass hats ?

why is adv kawa illigal in the first place if you dont like it nerf it its good for low lvls to escape high lvls. well sure why not let these high lvled rate training 1 jutsu spaming ass hats get more lvls by by not ALLOWING low lvls not to escape nice fucking logic there -.-.

i agree with you on the kawa part. and evetone that abuses will get caught eventually so dont worry. all those high levels will get wiped if we fined them abusing. the joy of wiping a lvl 40+ when they abuse. No joy if there 14 lmao

I've told Niti many times. Advanced Kawa is LEGAL to escape from battle. Completely 100% LEGAL. As long as you don't use it and run into a building. Use it, escape, Once you escape, wait 45 seconds to ensure there isn't a DA confusion. After you lost the person for more than 45 seconds, you may go inside. The rules are posted under the announcements forum.
